In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the hkg99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age and can provide valid government-issued identification confirming your date of birth upon request.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a resident of, located in, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of hkg99 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously had an hkg99 account suspended, closed, or terminated for cause.
• You are not subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• You are registering and using the Platform for your own personal recreational entertainment, not for any commercial, business, or professional wagering purpose.

hkg99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in hkg99's request may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the hkg99 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information throughout the life of your account and must update it promptly if any detail changes. hkg99 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you, and hkg99 bears no liability for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

hkg99 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal. hkg99 also reserves the right to close any account at any time if, in its reasonable judgment, the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

All financial transactions on the hkg99 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hkg99 does not hold player funds in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability at the time of the transaction:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the hkg99 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. hkg99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity warrants additional verification.

hkg99 does not accept deposits made with funds that are not beneficially owned by the account holder. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation. hkg99 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required by its international licensing obligations.

hkg99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian calendar events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), maximum bet per wager, and expiry date — are set out in the individual promotion's terms page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Unless the applicable promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all hkg99 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion may be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• During the bonus wagering period, the maximum permitted single bet or wager is Rp 100.000 unless the promotion terms specify a different limit. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus may be voided at hkg99's discretion.
• Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10%; certain game categories may contribute 0%. The contribution rates for each game type are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion terms state a different expiry period.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.
• hkg99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player.

All games available on the hkg99 platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, Mahjong, Live Dragon Tiger, sportsbook markets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — are governed by the specific rules of each game as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these general Terms, the game's specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these general Terms shall prevail in respect of account, financial, and conduct matters.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on hkg99 use certified RNG software independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and WM Casino, and are governed by those studios' independently audited rules and procedures. hkg99 does not alter game outcomes after the fact under any circumstances.

For sportsbook markets, including mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) betting and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the relevant market is void under the applicable voiding rules.
• A market may be voided if the event is postponed, abandoned, or if the result cannot be determined with certainty within the timeframe specified in the sportsbook rules.
• In-play bets are placed at the risk of the player. Network latency or connection issues that affect the transmission of an in-play bet are the player's responsibility; hkg99 accepts no liability for bets not received due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• hkg99 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on specific markets at its discretion, particularly for sharp or professional betting patterns that may affect market integrity.
• Any bet placed using information not yet publicly available (inside information) is void and the player's account may be suspended.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sporting event that materially affects the outcome, hkg99 will endeavor to resolve the situation fairly. Where a fair resolution is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. hkg99's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.

• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from the hkg99 platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be blocked from creating new accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hkg99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing hole cards in live poker, coordinating bets across accounts, or using real-time assistance tools during live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies ("arbing") in a manner that is clearly outside the intended use of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or deliberate loss of funds to another account.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or process payments on behalf of third parties.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim promotional bonuses more than once ("bonus abuse").
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Attempting to access any other player's account without authorization.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by means of a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.

All content on the hkg99 platform — including but not limited to the hkg99 brand name, logo, domain, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of hkg99 or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational gaming purposes as a registered account holder. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of hkg99.

Any unauthorized use of hkg99's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and related rights laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hkg99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you into your hkg99 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hkg99 specifically excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors caused by third-party infrastructure, including internet service providers, payment processors, or game studio servers.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from a player's use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or in violation of these Terms.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, pandemics, or any other event beyond hkg99's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit hkg99's liability for death, personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

hkg99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hkg99 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between the Platform and your device. Stored personal data is protected by industry-standard security controls. hkg99 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or hkg99's licensing obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hkg99 holds its primary international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

hkg99 acknowledges that its primary player base is located in Indonesia. While hkg99 operates under international licensing, it endeavors to conduct its operations in a manner that is consistent with the principles of fairness, transparency, and consumer protection that Indonesian players reasonably expect from an internationally operated gaming platform.

Nothing in this clause shall prejudice either party's right to seek urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

hkg99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hkg99 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practical, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account. The revised Terms will display a new effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support@hkg99.club. Any balances remaining at the time of closure, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions, will be returned to you.
